If the shuttle is not available that day, you can call the house from the phone at the visitors station at the base of the hill and they can assist you in alternative parking.

Yes. There is a phone near the visitor's parking lot to enable you to call and request a shuttle vehicle from the lot to the main house or goat barn.

Yes, there is typically a shuttle, but that may not be the case now during the pandemic. There is also phones in the parking lot that can be used to call for assistance if there is no shuttle or for other reasons if mobility is an issue. You can also call ahead to the park head quarters and discuss with the park staff what arrangements can be made.
