Extremely long wait over an hour from arriving to getting drinks. Then another 45 minutes for our half complete orders. Egg sandwiches were inedible. One toasted one not, tiny amount of mayo, tomato ends on one of them instead of slices. Had drinks refilled one time and that was after going to the kitchen to ask. Never received biscuits with one of the orders. French fries came out at the end of our meal. Plenty of staff wandering around not sure what the problem was. Asked one of them for some jelly she replied "I'm so bored I would love something to do" Took my parents here per their request for their 51st anniversary. What a horrible experience. Spent $40 for trash food most of which they took home for their dog because we couldn't eat it. Why anyone would actually wait in a line for this type of food and horrible service is beyond me.

Great breakfast for frozen meat. The pancakes were delicious. The 3 egg scramble might have been 2. Service was great at a very busy time (as always!) and my server hustled even having an 8 top and all other tables full. Dining room and restrooms were fairly clea.

Consistently Cracker Barrel. Our server Sarah was very nice and attentive. All our food came out exactly as ordered and in a reasonable amount of time considering the restaurant was completely full. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I’ve been to this location several times over the last year and a half. I will say carry out quality was not up to Cracker Barrel quality standards, the chicken and dumpling were very… well. Cold and jelly like. but the one time they forgot an entree for my order they made it right upon my next visit which was very much appreciated. All that being stated,all of our dine-in experiences have been wonderful. The food has always been fresh and delicious. Love the pancakes and the chicken! Service for the most part always wonderful. Never bad, some servers just have more personality than others. Food comes out in a very timely manner no matter how busy the restaurant is. Cindy, the retail manager I believe her name tag said? is an absolute sweetheart! Love shopping the store here, they have the cutest holiday and kids things!

That's correct J.C. we observed plus the guest shopping area was at full capacity. The host was station at the front entrance wearing a mask and taking mobile numbers. We have seen other locations where they limit the number of people inside shopping area and ask guest to wait outside or in their vehicles until a table is ready.

Yes and folks please remember those employees are away from their loved ones to serve guests so please tip generously and say thanks for being open to serve otherwise y'all be eating at the waffle house scattered smothered and covered.
They have a one page menu that features gluten free options. Just ask your server.
