When did TBs move the employee break room to the dining room ? . Seen a employee utilizing the bench seat as his personal Futon/rest area (was snoring too must of been very comfy) all with music playing from his cellphone trying to compete with the dining room music playing love the Mashup of genres. Wait......another employee doing the same but on the opposite side of the dining area. And I thought the Soscol location needed help but I was wrong. Taco Bell please fix these locations dining rooms a mess and often times closed requiring to use the drivethru even if ordering online for in store pickup

I don't know about now. Since my last review it appears they are under completely new management and 99% new employees. Service has gotten much better in general. But a couple of weeks ago it did appear that it was rookie night. As I said to my buddy while waiting for my order "I have lost track of how long we've been waiting, but I know it was not dark outside when I placed my order..." It has not been bad like that since then.
I know what you mean. I used to order ahead on the app and pick up inside to avoid the drive thru. Now I wait until I get there to see if the lobby is open before ordering. Super frustrating!
