I am looking for a mobile home. I would love to find one in this park. I have 2 small dogs. 15lbs and 11 lbs. Would this disqualify me from buying here?

No it wouldn’t disqualify you! Many owners in this community own dogs and they are welcomed within the neighborhood😌

Pet policy? 2 pets! We own home yet park dictates what size they are. Seniors being controlled by who?Bad investment not enough you need to be treated like a child too! We are responsible pet owners not stupid kids. Do owners have any rights over ?

Yes, go to your Dr, have him or her give you a letter that dog needed under companion dog act..not service dog, they cannot deny you. I got one. Dog used for exercise, walking. They have to allow you to keep dog. I had 65lb springer. Doctors very easy with companion dog act, used for mental well being and health, walking.
