During school time DO NOT show up between 3 and 3:45 PM, no matter what your paperwork says. School traffic will make checking in and getting to your site extremely difficult. FYI the school next door uses the same access road. School runs from August through May. Otherwise what Nathan said.
2:00 PM is typical and I think that Lake Junaluska does check in around that time. Check out is around 11:00 AM. Although if you get there a bit early you can probably still check in.
