I've been to several Snappy Lubes in the Haywood County area, and I won't lie... I've been warned to stay away from them in the past. This location, however, has always been honest, professional, and fast each time I've been there. They don't try to upcharge for unnecessary services, they're extremely helpful if you have concerns about your vehicle, and they will work with you to help you understand what's going on if they do identify a problem. I've taken three of my vehicles in there to find out what was wrong with each of them and they've never charged me a dime for any of their assessments. Honestly, I won't go anywhere else with my vehicles. This is a place I've returned to again and again. Definitely an experience I have, and would, recommend!
