She told me she didn't know how she'd get all those packages held up on the truck if she hadn't of been home and been called by the driver. Spent my morning giving that office bad reviews. When I called months ago and spoke to the general manager he told me I was the first person to complain. I have a crazy amount of trouble with packages too. Last week I got a package from HelloFresh over a week late because the PackCity locker wasn't working, I didn't get a text so it sat in there for over a week. There was raw chicken in it. Can't even begin to describe how horrible it smelled. Also had a $50 package lost because it was returned to the sender at the leasing office. I work until 4:30-5 and I have trouble getting to the leasing office during their open hours, and I get the people working there complaining to me for coming by after they close. I can't even describe how frustrating it is to have to go pick up packages all the time at the leasing office, especially when it's heavy, and get comments about it. They really need to just give USPS/UPS/FedEx the ability to enter the building and leave it by our door.
