We signed a lease with them 2 months before the agreed date. When it was already time, Kim Bispham (property manager) told us the unit was not ready yet. We were appalled! We’re homeless! She did not even bother to tell us ahead of time so that at least we can extend our stay with our previous apartment. We decided to cancel the lease as we were homeless and lost our trust in them. We asked for a full refund which they agreed to return. To cut the story short. After a month of dodging our calls, they only returned the $500 security deposit but they still owed us $ 1, 421 (move-in charge rent and admin fee). Until now, they did not return our hard-earned money as promised. So learn from us. Stay away from this apartment and management!

I have had such an amazing experience working with the property manager Kim to get myself into my new apartment. She has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and is very gracious and kind. The property is beautiful, the newly renovated apartments are beautiful and you just cannot beat the rental rates. I have never had a better experience when renting!
