Just awful, maintenance personnel are nice as along with the staff at the front desk, however; when it comes to management, being fully staffed, promptness of needed maintenance requests, grounds management, available amenities, being predictable with rent amounts, practically everything you search for in an apartment complex, this establishment does everything but provide. Just upon moving into my unit we were faced with a black mold problem that stretched for months, currently our dryer(which is part of the lease) has been out and reported for four days, our rent changes every month along w/ added fees and electricity was doubled one month. I have never been able to speak with a manager although circumstances have called, and I tried several times. Shootings are here at least every couple months, bullet holes were pulled from our wall on the second story. And again, all the front desk staff and maintenance are nice and clearly try their best, but they are just not given enough knowledge, resources, or accessibility to do their job. I have only been here a year and a few months starting in Aug 2021, but we are gone Dec 2022 and we are never looking back. Do yourself a favor, and avoid The Pavilion.

It's good for the price,especially in a college town. However when they repatch from from previous tenants they really should do a better job. It's not that hard to do and some of the work was so bad that they had to come back and fix it.

We just moved my daughter in on Aug 20th-Move In Day. Only one Manager on duty who was kind but trying to handle a lot of ISSUES! We had to see three Apartments to get an inhabitable apartment. She put in a maintenance request on Day One and has been submitting them on-line and stopping by the office to report issues like Smoke detector chirping, need spraying, need window blinds, small eye on the stove is out, carpet in her room needs changing, and air filter need changing. Hopefully, they will get to her soon!

This is not a good place to stay/if you want to save money but roaches will be your cousin if you do decide to stay here. I had to squash a lot of my roach cousin so be prepared for a big family reunion 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣..... Terrible place to stay 🤣🤣🤣

Their park n pay never works and will tow your car. Pavilion employees will not help if the app is shut down or help residence or visitors. Don’t waste your time with talking to this management because they will run you in circles.

We lease by the bedroom but you can sign a lease for multiple rooms/the whole unit if you would like.
