I came in to place a takeout order at the bar and Issac was awesome! He quickly took my order and offered something to drink while I waited. I love coming in to such a welcoming atmosphere! Will be back for sure.

I didnt know that was an option. I've always called and they were very helpful. I know you have to have do many in your party to qualify to make the reservation.
I couldn't get through either. They only have one line. And very busy
Yes
Is great in this Resturant
They don't do online reservations. They only do them if you call them.
12:00p- 8:30p
To know for sure, if I were you, I would call the restaurant to make sure all is well. Don't want to assume
Yes
No
The other night I tried to make reservations but they said they weren't doing them at the moment
I have had alittle trouble getting through on the phone. But understandable. Their phone rings constantly and take out is always busy. Now that dining inside dining is back, it's worth the wait. Food is always good. Shortage of staff is everywhere so it takes a little more for them to get it all done, but again it's worth it. I give them two thumbs up!!
Masks
You have to get there early to be able to get accommodated for large party.
You can't you just walk in.
I dont think so. You also have to have your Id to get the free birthday dinner.
No reservations if you have a large party they wont seat you until they all arrive
IF they have a website, it'll be listed in the overview section of this listing. CLICK ON IT! If they take online orders, it will be on their website.
Solving any problem should start at lowest level so start with local manager, if that doesn't solve the issue or if manager is part of the problem then escalate to next level of management like a regional manager and all the way to corporate level... Find out who this restaurant chain belongs to online or ask them to give you a name and phone number and deal with that person...Hope this helps and pursue according to the criticality of your concern...
It is not a fancy place, come in whatever way you want to dress. Do not overthink it. Eat a little eat a lot, just don't waste good food!
ID is needed but varies from server to server.
Depends what you choose for your meal. Average is $16-$23 per person. Well worth it, big portions.
You will be fine
Its more about the"experience" at this place. If you want take out on par for less $$, hit up Panda Express around the corner.
No. The hibachi tables seat around 10 people. So if your party is bigger than that you would be separated. But some grills are so close together that the two chefs would be back to back if the were cooking at the same time. So essentially you could have 20 people relatively close to each other but 10 people at each grill. The gap between our grill and the one next to us was just big enough for the chef to get his cart through.
