The waiter Alex was awesome, but the food was subpar. Had the blackened fish sandwich and the chicken sandwich. The fish was way overcooked, the bun was stale, and the plantains on it tasted rancid from the oil. The chicken was also overcooked, but semi-edible. We told the waiter about the problems and he was wonderful about it and very helpful in making sure we were taken care of. We ended up sharing the chicken sandwich just because we were hungry. It felt like the food had been cooked in advance and just sitting in a pan somewhere. It wasn't even that busy for a Friday night. Certainly not our first time here, but hopefully they work on the problems.,

Michael was a great server, loved the jalapeño margaritas, butternut squash soup, Cuban dip and salmon quesadillas.

First time trying the original Cintron. I ordered Cuban dip sandwich, and it's the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I can't remember another sandwich being remotely as delicious as this. Excellent food!

It’s Floribbean cuisine, which includes dishes from Puerto Rico (with a twist).
