Our internet was down for several days and it was very stressful with the wife teleworking and daughter getting ready for back to school. To be honest I was seriously considering an alternative to COX after dealing with many failed efforts with call centers trying to fix remotely. Each call ended with “they saw no problems on their end” and then a sales pitch for some upgrade. Then actual hard working real men arrived named Roger and Mario. They worked hard and smart in rain and lightning, fixed my cable late in the evening, polite and professional and followed up with direct communication. Thank you guys it was a pleasure to meet two gallant gentlemen who take pride in their work these days! The Cox Company should recognize and reward these guys.

Better service than the other Gainesville location, despite the worse reviews. I needed to restore service after moving back to the area. This office was able to get me set up over the phone, then I walked in to pick up the box and walked out five minutes later. The staff was courteous, and even held the door for me as I left with the box. Five stars P.S. - I am rating the store, not the company. Cox is the only option over much of Gainesville

Your wires is messed up . Call them and let them know. They should be able to fix it.
I have no idea. They don't even like people to come unless they can sell you something at an exorbitant price per.
Put address in to see. https://www.cox.com/residential/internet.html
I am sorry rebecca i say go up there and say that
Then almost never answer the phone. Go there and you will wait and wait and wait. Bring a book! Even better, get Directv. They answer calls. DT also will fix the problem. We left them after almost 4 decades as they don't do what they promise.
It's going to take awhile. Cox is slow sometimes, most times and a lot of times. Sometimes calling to see if they can repair over the phone MAY HELP!
Find an Internet connection and check your account and for updates on service restoration.
Go to the website and set up a regular online Cox account. That will be your username and password for all tv related apps as well. Will allow live streaming (if available in your area) and unlock all previous episodes.
Yes you can
