Then almost never answer the phone. Go there and you will wait and wait and wait. Bring a book! Even better, get Directv. They answer calls. DT also will fix the problem. We left them after almost 4 decades as they don't do what they promise.
Did you try calling their 1888 number OR going by the nearest store. I've ALWAYS just went by. I must say that their customer service has improved. The young men and women behind the counter on 43rd Street are great
Honestly I think they have very good customer service.
They will charge you if they come out to your house to fix the problem. Bring the internet equipment with you to Cox and get another one from them. Hook it up yourself.

Happens all the time at my house. Your best bet is to go to a Cox Solutions store. Can't guarantee good customer service. Best of luck hun.
