Do NOT live here. There are roaches everywhere. Even after sending pest control out twice I've had multiple roaches in my room, bathroom, and closet and they're very alive still. The air in my closet is damp and my shoes are wet just from being in there meaning there's some moisture/leak issue. There is also random paint splatter spots all over the floor in the kitchen. This complex is the dirtiest one I've ever lived in and I will definitely be moving out as soon as possible. Maintenance also takes weeks to fix things and do not care about residents at all. Once again, DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want roaches all over your apartment.

Don’t live here I walked in to roaches crawling all over the walls, the floor sticky with filth, spiders and the rugs had been covered in paint from a sloppy paint job. The neighbors don’t take care of the place and leave trash outside in the halls, maintenance request take multiple weeks to get acknowledged and the staff is just a happy face with no intention of helping you. I’ve been living here for THREE WEEKS and I kill at least 3 roaches a day and that’s on a good day… AGAIN DONT LIVE HERE IM IN A UPGRADED APARTMENT AND ITS FILTHY!!!! I also suspect black mold in the vents that Ive called, emailed as well as put in multiple maintenance request, just to be ignored.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Keisha, the property manager, would be better off managing a Burger King drive-through window. They will charge fraudulent amounts for electricity every single month. Provide me with an exact measure of my kWh from the meter for my unit instead of pulling numbers out of your ***. Is this complex sub metered? If so, reply where the meters are so I can measure my own electricity usage per month and see what is going on with charges. Mold on the ceilings, mold in the AC closet, mold everywhere. Solution? They paint over the mold. Horrible insulation leading to hot and moist conditions. Frequent Internet outages. Go ahead and reply with your copy-paste apology. If you can't answer my electricity question, don't reply. Useless.
