I ordered my pizza tonight at 8:45pm and here it is 10:30pm and still no pizza. I get a text saying its on its way at 9:22pm.. called the store and spoke with a James and all he could say is that it's on its way. Not good enough😠

Pizza finally arrived at 10:55pm, called the store to complain and the manager was very nice and offered me a refund (only 6 dollars and some change because I used my points to get a free pizza) and also offered a free pizza after waiting 2 hrs and 15 min for a cold pizza. Will be ordering from hickory grove from here on out.

LIKE BEFORE TO SOMEONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, THE PAPA JOHNS PLAZA ESTABLISHMENT IS VERY MESSY, I ALWAYS GO TO HICKORYGROVE, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
