Some employees are ok but it's the rude sarcastic individuals that affects your whole experience. How can you get upset when asked to replace a pizza because it is dry with little sauce and cheese.

Second time this has happened. I ordered both times online. Last time it was the deep dish double pepperoni, wasn't doubled & was burned. This time I ordered the ultimate supreme it only had 3 toppings & was undone & doughy. I waited 30 additional minutes in store because it was ready when I arrived to the portal for pickup. store # out of order.

There were people in waiting for pizzas and waiting to take orders. No one wanted to come up front to take orders. There were issues in back because there were arguments including f-bombs. After 15 minutes and more customers coming in. I DECIDED TO LEAVE before ordering.. dont know if it's a one time thing or it was friday. All I wanted was crazy combo..lots of pizzas in containers including crazy combos but I could not order.. I'll try again some other day..I wont do 1 star..unless it happens again then I'll update..
