Ordered lunch from this Domino's this afternoon something was going on with their online ordering app so please BEWARE....however I gave the restaurant a call spoke with the manager Jose he was more than accommodating awesome customer service he was willing to go above and beyond for me while this matter is being taken care of. Thank you Jose! I really appreciate it!

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering. The star rating is misleading. With that said, it took almost 2 hours to receive my food, which I can understand because places are understaffed right now. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was aweful. The driver passed my house several times, then stopped down the street from me. I whistled, yelled, and waved my arms to get his attention. After about 10 minutes of standing in the freezing cold, he noticed me and turned around. He had my 2 liter bottle off soda but insisted it wasn't mine, The pasta had sauce on it that was the consistency of tomato paste and tasted like it. I didn't receive my full order and had no recourse because the place was closed by that time.

I ordered online, regular customer, and always been happy. This evening it all changed. As soon as I paid online the tracker showed Jason was preparing . The tracker showed Jason doing a quality check at 7:48. I called at 8:30pm to check on the order only to be told by Sandra that it had not left the store and was 3rd in line. She couldn’t give a time. I mentioned it would be cold and she said well you can send it back and we will remake it. I told her to cancel the order. Why do I want to get cold pizza and wait for another to be made ? We quit using another location over this same thing. Guess we will try another pizza place next time we order.
