Very good food, decently fast, and quick with the appetizers - which are great. I recommend the garlic knots. I didn't have them, but I was told the mushrooms are very good too. I got the Mediterranean and forgot to ask them to take off the olives; even though I accidentally ate a few, the pizza was great. You can get personal-sized or a bigger size, by the way. Also, they will make pizzas to your needs - vegan, non-dairy, etc.

My wife has wanted to go to this restaurant for months now, every time we drive by she mentions it. We finally get some free time and stopped by last night. Our order total came to $40 and for some reason the cashier mistakenly added a $10 salad to our order when we clearly asked for their $5-$6 side salad...the add on wasn’t a huge deal but the amount of time it took him to refund the Unwanted salad was slightly disrespectful. He began taking other customers orders as if my refund wasn’t a priority. That was the first sign that the customer service or quality wouldn’t be satisfactory. We sat on their patio, the pizza came out...cold. The “She-Rex” is what we ordered with vegan cheese which was an additional $4. It probably would have tasted better if it was hot, warm or Luke warm atleast. we asked for additional pepper flakes and salad dressing on multiple occasions, the waiter/hostess forgot that we asked on both occasions until I finally stop eating my meal, and went back into the restaurant to ask again. He responded with a “oh sorry” as if I didn’t ask him 2 times within the last 10 mins. Not sure if they where short staff, if he was new, or if that’s just how they do things a Pure Pizza. But with that experience it put a slight damper on our night. And the wife definitely had a lot negative things to say after wanting to try this place for months. Just something to consider for a potential new customer.

They've cut down table service, so you order up front at the door, then find a table where they'll bring out your food when it's ready. There's lots of seating, but we chose to dine on the big patio outside that looks like it would be a nice place to hang out in the evening, with lights strung around. We tried a couple of the $12 each 10 inch "craft pizzas". The "Deconstructed pulled pork" was interesting, with the pork buried under melted cheese, and the whole thing topped with red cabbage slaw. The salty ham on the "Pure Country" overpowered the garlic and basil. But, the crusts were deliciously light and crispy, with chewy air pockets from the hot oven. There are also sandwiches and calzones on the menu, and drinks were limited to overpriced canned sodas and bottled water in the fridge.

The pizza was good. We agreed that the Lulu was better than the pulled pork. We were a little disappointed to learn that their liquor license had expired so we couldn’t enjoy a cold beer with our pizza. Drink choices in general were very limited. They offered sprite, coke, Diet Coke, and water in a can or bottle. Looks like most of the business was takeout so hopefully as things get back to normal so will the drink choices.

Not at the Pure Pizza location on Central Avenue, but definitely yes for the one located in 7th street public market.
