Fire the manager !!!! (Woman) The manager of this store is a woman. She speaks terribly to visitors. I have always loved this store but now I will not order anything there. Maybe this girl was not in the mood, but it does not concern me. She told me if I call this store again, something will happen. I also asked her her name, she told me that it was personal information. She doesn't know the law at all. Her personal information is at her home. When she works in a store, I can easily ask for the name of the manager. Fire the manager!!! She worked in Monday at 8:30pm.

Never again!!! I placed my order online for a large philly pizza. The delivery time kept getting pushed back. When the driver finally arrived she attempted to hand me breadsticks and a Pepsi. I called the store and the lady was rude and had no customer service skills at all!!! I understand she was the only one working, but she expressed NO empathy for THEIR mistake!!

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pizza place. Ordered pizza for my staff.. the driver apparently called my employee but didn't bring the pizza inside or even attempt to contact us.. but apparently brought the order back to the store.. and we haven't even been refunded. Attempted to call the store to speak with a manager and they left me on hold for 15 minutes with no response. I will NEVER order from this location again..
