Terrible! The pizza was burnt, cold, and had barely any sauce on it. I tried for over an hour to get through to a manager and someone would pick up and then leave the phone on the counter without speaking. I will NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN!!! DISGUSTING!!!

We ordered at 11:56 PM. Store doesn’t close till 1 AM. Order gets canceled at 12:35 AM when the estimated delivery time was only 30 minutes. Awful business model. Not surprised by the other one stars this location has.

After placing my order online I got a phone call saying delivery wasn't available because there were no drivers at the time. When I got to the store, there was only one girl doing everything! Girl, if you're not the manager of that store, you should be! Great work! I hope you get help, soon. Keep up the good work!

Well think this was the last straw. Ordered one from another store in Rockwall TX last week. Same deal. Came out of oven sat waiting for driver. Arrived to me cold. Guess it's time to try another pizza service.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with garlic knot and orange soda all for $17.80 which included tax and delivery fee without tip. The driver came with a receipt and I wrote 0 on the tip line and $17.80 on the subtotal and I tipped the driver $4 IN CASH and 2 days later which is TODAY I come to find out they charge me $4.06 more which result in $21.86. I tipped the driver $4 in cash and they took $4.06 more from my bank which means I paid $25.86. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Will never order from them again! DO NOT TIP THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! UNTIL THEY LEARN NOT TO TAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
Pizza finally arrived at 10:55pm, called the store to complain and the manager was very nice and offered me a refund (only 6 dollars and some change because I used my points to get a free pizza) and also offered a free pizza after waiting 2 hrs and 15 min for a cold pizza. Will be ordering from hickory grove from here on out.

People complain about this location all the time. I worked there as a delivery driver and I will never work there again. Everyone complains about poor service, well the customers in that area do not tip so it is impossible for the management to keep the store staffed. The district manager and corporate know this and they just cycle through GM's until they are burned out. The store is not the problem the rude and freeloading customers who live in the area are the problem. Disclaimer I worked for papa John's for two years and I to this day I absolutely despise the company. They systematically take advantage of there employees. The above is just the reality of that area.
Yes, they will deliver as long as you have your order in before their closing time.
