Fast and painless way to get your finger prints done. Across the street, there is a nice woman who can Notarize and work on your taxes. I did not need an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes.

Came here to find the door locked and no one here an hour and a half after they supposedly opened. The person who answered the phone was completely clueless, knew nothing, and just said they would "pass the message on." Other people were waiting outside as well, who had taken time off work to get fingerprints done. Completely unprofessional.
