I wish I could remember the name of the lady who waited on me at this post office. If I see her again, I will update this post. She is a delight to every single person in line! She also shows she is a diligent and skilled worker. She stands out among the grumpy workers like a shining light! I'm pretty sure she is the heart of this post office. She reminds me that there kindness and patience are still alive and well in customer care. If you e been to this location, you probably know exactly who I'm talking about! The five stars goes to her and her great service with a smile!

Terrible service and mail routes. This place will be shut down soon

The best post office in Claymont is The Philly pike one. Governor Printz is terrible. They lost my rent check mailed in August and I had go through a lot to trace the money. The post was no help. They swore it was lost some where else. And I know theailbpx outside was where i put it. And never saw it again. If possible use Philly pike post office.
They are the most inept, lazy post office in the state. I called several other post offices in the area. They all answered promptly and were very friendly. Some even had some quite negative things about that branch and apologized on their behalf.
My mail is constantly being delivered to my neighbors who just throw it out I finally had to open a post office box because I was losing so many checks in the mail for my customers
No, post offices aren't open today. Most, if not all government offices are closed.
Only time mail is considered late is if it's priority. Regular stamped envelope mail or first class is never considered late. Only the sender of priority mail can ask for a partial refund.
I'm sorry I don't know you should call
Though you may know this: The Postal Service receives no direct taxpayer funds. It relies on revenues from stamps and other service fees. Although COVID-19 has choked off the USPS revenue in recent months, factors that arose well before coronavirus have contributed to the unsustainability of the Postal Service's financial situation for years.Aug 26, 2020 www.brookings.edu › 2020/08/26 How is the U.S. Postal Service governed
call the post office where the package is or go on online and track it if not satisfied call your Senate.
Hell no!
Because the USPS, in general, is grossly understaffed and incompetent. It doesn't TRULY care about its DAILY patrons; and then has the utter gall to complain about losing money and customers to the Internet!
No it will be collected and sent to plant to be sorted then sent back to Edgemoor
I think they only have that information if it was sent by registered mail. Regular (first class) mail doesn't have a tracking number.
Would not count on it. They cannot even deliver packages properly. You could call and ask, but they don't answer the phone...
It's seems, the only post office that might do things right is Philadelphia Pike post office. I would now go inside to that one. Not the post office on governors Printz. They lost my rent check mailed in August. Just got that sorted. The mail men just put mail where ever.
