Been coming here for a long time. New leadership for some reason. Close this thing right at 5:00. How do you expect anybody who works to come here and wash their car?

VERY EXPENSIVE. $1/minute and it takes about 1/2 minute when changing liquids, for example soap to rinse.

I come here at least once a week for the past 5 years because I take pride in detailing my car with the help of the vehicle bays and the touchless wash. Now it costs twice as much for the same self service/time. Best way to lose your patrons is to alienate them like this. I'll be investing my time and business elsewhere. This is my first online review. I just want to inform those out there who love taking care of their vehicle as much as I do.

Hello Ashley - Yes, the touchless automatic car wash offers a very good undercarriage wash. It comes with the $10, $11 &$12 wash packages but not the $9 package. When you drive in to the wash bay, the undercarriage wash starts and continues until the directional sign signals for you to stop or for 15 seconds, whichever comes first. So enter the wash bay slowly to get the most of it. Thank you for your question and thank you for your business. By the way, we have 2 touchless automatic wash bays and they are open 24/7.
I do not know if there is any legal restriction on doing so. However, when you wash in your driveway, the contaminants (detergents, oils, dirt, etc.) normally wash in to the local streams and waterways, eventually leading to the Chesapeake Bay. It is better to wash your car in a professional car wash. Some of our waste water is recycled. The balance of it is pre-treated before it goes in to the public sewer system, which is later treated further. I hope this answer helps! Thank you for your question!
Hello and thank you for your question. We are an exterior Express automatic car wash. We do not offer interior vacuuming. However, we have self service vacuums available. Thank you again.
You can fit a lifted truck in the self service bay, but since I don't use them I don't know if you can stop the time.
We offer 2 types of prepaid coupons. The first is a Value Card. It is good for the soft cloth automatic wash. You may purchase one for any amount you wish. If you spend at least $50, we add an additional 20% of "bonus value" to the card. We also offer prepaid "Tokennotes" for the touch free laser wash. Individually, they are $9, $10, $11 or $12, depending on which wash package you desire. When you purchase 5 Tokennotes, we give a 6th on for free. The Tokennotes do not expire.
