Please listen and go to the er. They may or may not... it depends on why it's so high and if they can get your blood sugar down. Also not a dr but please go, I'm sure you dont want to but they will make sure you are comfortable and safe.

I would go right away. If they can't get it resolved immediately they might. I don't know. Not a health professional, but I know that is unacceptably high. Good luck!
Most likely. Blood sugars are very serious indicators of problems but I am not a doctor. Do what they say.
