I am so unbelievably heartbroken. When I called and asked to make sure if the gentleman had enough time and he told me yes to come in. That was a hour and a half before they closed. The whole entire time he was rushing but I sat there for almost 2 hours. I showed him a picture and these look nothing like the picture. although I only paid $45 these are not even worth a cent. I left the salon literally in tears. please next time if you can’t do the design or you don’t have enough time let the customer now. I now have to let these sit on my fingers long enough until they don’t hurt enough for me to rip them off. i’ve never left a bad review on anything before but I’m just so upset over my experience at this salon.

This place is one of the best places I have found. I gave been trying to find a good nail salon near me and have been to a couple different places and non as good as this place. I think I found my nail salon.

I came in to get my nails done, and they didn't come out how I wanted. I called to get a correction and Ms. Tracy had me come in with an appointment with her and not only fixed my nails, but exceeded my expectations! My nails look great and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly nail salon with great options!

Awful experience. This place chooses to be right instead of run a customer oriented business. See for yourself- the nail polish had gone bad and was brown and they said it was the color I picked... so they put a darker color on top for me sloshed on top coat and called it a day. The poor lady next to me was there for an hour before I was and her acrylics weren’t done when I left... never again.
