Maintenance responds very fast(for my concerns anyways) I hear otherwise from my neighbors. I literally didn't get in my mail box until 6 months after moving in. Some people don't care about noise especially when I have a 1 yr old trying to sleep at 9 at night. No one listens to the rules. Alot of times ppl from other buildings are coming in here doing laundry at ALL TIMES of THE NIGHT! The parking is terrible if you want a spot don't leave your house after 7pm. They say they are starting to have you put a sticker on your car for parking but if you want a guest over there isn't any where for them to park, when everyone is home there is only like 3 spots open!!! So how are you supposed to have guests over at all!! The construction crew did a terrible job re-doing these apartments in my opinion paying 1,365 is isn't worth it at all!! So many things wrong. My kids love owen j roberts school district so I took this place but let me tell you if I had another chance I WOULDNT OF TAKEN IT!! DONT take your trash out at night, there about 3 huge rats I've seen. I know they poison them but obviously it's not working and they don't seem to care.

Hi My name isJohn Marko I had a serious problem in my apartment at highland Manor. The Manager Kim Green was superb in her Customer service I had a water leak from a apartment above me and she had a carpet Restoration company at my apartment within 2 hours of the situation also a day later There was a another. Water problem at night After 9 pm and she was diligent in getting Maintenance help for me late at night to help with the situation Kim ,s tenant. Service is Second to none and she should highly Commended for her management skills

The two bedroom apartment is huge for the price you pay. Kitchen could use a little more storage and counter space. Community is great. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. Pet friendly with a huge field in the back for pets. Basketball court area for kids. Plenty of parking. Overall an enjoyable place to live.

Absolutey the worst place to live! They don't fix anything. They also raise the rent with out fixing any issues first! We live in a completely rodent invested apartment!! I truly believe the problem would not have gotten so out of hand if they would have fixed the issue immediately. The bulding is old and there are holes where the wall and floor are starting to separate. It took them MONTHS to fill the holes. Not to mention, they never treated the outside of the building until months later, as well!! To this day, they still find holes they missed. We are up to 30 mice. We pay to live in an apartment we barely live in!! I've called the health department, the county codes offfice, and the better business bureau. They had no response for the BBB. Corporate barley handled the issue and it was a struggle to get them to shampoo the crapets from all of the rodent urine and feceses my family has to live on. The maintenance men come in and trash my apartment and don't clean anything up!!! I have small children and they have failed to provide healthy living conditions for my children and I. I have to rely on other people to stay at there house or use there kitchen to make food for my children to bring to my house. My oven doesn't work property and they won't replace it ! Honestly I don't think I can make in until my lease is up. What a disgusting company berger is !
