I like the idea of this place and their concept but it falls flat. Today was my second time coming here only because I went through the annoying hoops of downloading the app. When it comes to paying and using the machines, there are no clear instructions posted anywhere in this place that give you a clue how to work the machines. I had to go online & It still took me 30 mins to figure it out the first time. The server always crashes on the app so it takes forever to get it up and running to start the process. I love the idea of the Xtra large washers but it costs to much for my items to not appear clean! I’m disappointed because I feel like it doesn’t clean the items. I saw another post complaining about this as well. The first time I thought maybe I didn’t use enough soap. So this time I bought the detergent pods like they suggested and I put in like 5 or 6 for my king size comforter, bedding and beach towels. They smell great but there are still stains on the items which is odd becuase it’s supposed to be SANITIZING WASH and extra hot! I prefer top lid washers so I can control when the detergent goes in and such but I struggle with these washers front loaders. I probably spent $50 in this place today. I won’t be going back because its not worth the annoyance and non clean items. They should also reconsider the layout of folding tables because you can’t walk by or push the carts if someone is using the tables and that’s annoying. I like the dryers though. They work too good. I would recommend running for 10-15 mins and checking before you pay for 20+ and burn your clothes and fade all the color. So maybe I would come here just to dry my bedding since the price is at least reasonable for that - but I don’t trust the washers at all. The sliding doors are a nice touch unless you have children who could run outside in that busy parking lot and get struck. The parking is terrible as the handicap spaces are right in-front and all other spaces are kind of far to carry all your items back and forth. But that’s just me nit picking a bit because I’m a mother and struggle with all the back and forth. But this parking lot is very busy so be careful. Overall - great place for some people - just not for me.

Love the service and the cleanliness. The machines are a little expensive but their delivery fee *woof* it's pricey so you better be well off but not be in possession of a working washer and dryer.

Their pricing use to be fair when they first opened. Now they have sky rocketed 3x the compeditors pricing! They use to give credit to your account after spending a certain ammount. But the last time i went i spent over $140 and did not recieve anything. The jumbo machine use to be around $10 now its $14+ for their basic wash and use to come with laundry soap in it. Now it doesnt, they must have changed that too. Its dissappointing and disgusting because i would travel out of my way (40 minutes ) to go to this location for the perks and fair pricing. I will no longer go to this location.

This is an amazing laundromat. I travel for work, I am gone for up to 3 months at a time and so have a lot of experience with laundromats. Generally they are not pleasant places. This one, however, is amazing. The machines are all tied to payment kiosks. They also take coins directly as well if you prefer. You can load funds to an account tied to the laundromat or pay for your wash/dry with your card directly using the kiosk. There are multiple size washers. Small medium LARGE. They also offer wash and fold for $1 per pound which is very reasonable. The lady on shift was very friendly and helped me out to learn the system and also saved one load of my clothes when she noticed I shut the door on my soap pod by accident haha. Thank you! Everything is new and in excellent condition. The place is spotless. Tons of tables and carts. TV's also are new and on a variety of channels. There is free wifi also. The prices are a bit higher than I am used to but more than willing to pay for the convenience of the kiosk system and to be able to use the shiny new machines that work like magic. The Evo system behind the glass is a nice touch. I highly recommend this laundromat. It may be the nicest one I've ever been to!

No. You just bring your laundry in and take it to the counter.
Download the laundry boss mobile app on your phone. Sign up and use it to pay for your washers and dryers.
