Is it normal to lock the doors 10 minutes before closing time at 9pm and turn away customers? Also no ice tea, no Chile, and no ketchup. Floor covered in trash and sticky from spilled soda that you could tell was there all day long.

No that is not normal at all, and it seems to be happening a lot here in the taos area, long ago it never happened, but the younger generation seems to not care about how they perform or how they look so in all it doesn't surprise me

There have been complaints at the espanola lotaburger as well. I think they just need better management.
