I mean, I've been in Taos long enough to realize that nobody here actually likes to do their job but, dang these women are SpEcIaL. Lazy, rude & ignorant. Don't bother calling, either... You'll never get an answer OR a callback. Just go down there, see why their closed now and try again when they say they'll be open
