A ashram, well maintained. Recommend to read about ashram before visiting. We visited in morning it is very pleasant. They provided warm an delicious Tea. They were even preparing food for lunch hrs (served at 12:30) it was on Saturday that we visited.

Beautiful in sight, sparse in spirit. There was one woman who sang a charged and captivating rendition of the Chalisa. Otherwise, low vibes. Also, the pujari was all brain and no heart; full speed ahead with what appeared to be zero enjoyment. It felt like he was doing his homework for his least favorite class. But who am I to judge. My favorite temple in USA. I live in Colorado Springs and have visited this temple 3 times. First I was there on 2007. After that I took my whole family twice. My wife and 3 kids really like to visit there. We always feel totally different energy when visiting this temple. Absolutely, very impressive spiritual temple to see. Please don't forget to visit at least once in your lifetime.

I think there is no public transport, its 300 mi south of Denver, or around 100 north of ABQ. You can drive either way, pl see weather condition. Flights to Denver is not expensive, whereas to ABQ is expensive.
No there is no accomodation on premise.. You could though find hotels with in 3-5 mile vicinity
Dharmsala is a place were people can reside and it's good.
I would think so, but there is moorthi outside by entrance. Is there they would do the pooja?
