For being Taos this place should have been clean. There was red sauce on the ceiling and it looked run down. They should have been more prepared to serve customers. The staff needs to be trained on customer service as they were rude and not paying attention to customers and the orders.

after a 20 minute wait my order was ready to take out. upon removal of the paper i was rewarded with a cold overcooked double patty. the seasoned fries were also cold and oily without the benefit of the promised seasoning. the onion rings were at least warm and could have been good. the staff is either dim or lazy. in what universe does a 20 minute wait for a couple of burgers and an order of fries result in cold, cooked days ago food?

Stopped by on a Sunday at 8pm and as soon as we parked the staff turned off the lights. Horrible way to treat your customers and the worst experience I’ve had. After we were parked there for a little while, debating if we should get down or not, the two guys ended up turning the lights back on. We ended up leaving.

Good burger. I got the New Mexican style. Patties were over cooked, kinda crispy and dry. The chiles on it were yummy, I bet with a more attentive cook the burger would have been much better. Seasoned fries were good. It could use a makeover and a manager over the age of 20 running the place. Doesn’t compare to Whataburger.
