Seriously! This place will just take your money and brings whatever they want. My pizza didn’t come with green Chile-although I was charged. The driver brings a different kind of soda than what ordered. And to top it off- takes 20 minutes to arrive when it’s a 5-7 minute drive. Unbelievable!

I never have written a bad online review. I have no idea where to begin. I had ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks about two weeks ago. Both pizzas were wrong and we were told by the delivery guy that they will send us a coupon to fix the problem. Ok fine. I got sent a coupon online for 1 free medium pizza. I tried calling back but no one answered the phone. Today, at 9pm, I called and tried to fix the problem. I was put on hold by CHRIS (I don't know if that was his real name, he sound hesitant to give me his name) for 20 MINUTES. I gave up, hung up, and had my husband called back and placed another order with our address WITH CHRIS, who answered right away. We asked for the manager and he told us he was the only one working in the store tonight (turns out that was a lie) We placed our order and said we will pay cash. Order done, thank goodness. That alone took forever. THEN WE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM 758 4800 from a female who told us they "all of a sudden DO NOT HAVE A DRIVER". THIS PLACE CLOSES AT 12AM ACCORDING TO their ONLINE WEBSITE. This is unprofessional to completly IGNOR OUR ORDER, be put on hold for 20 MINUTES, have to hang up and CALL BACK With a new order. Place it. THEN HAVE SOME FEMALE CALL BACK TO SAY THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVER all of a sudden? The incompetence. THE MALE, CHRIS SAID HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, so he LIED to us by saying he was the only one working, put us on hold to not deal with our order?!?! Where do I file a complaint with CORPORATE because this place needs a whole new crew. I mean come on, this is Taos but get it together! ZERO STARS. order from CHALLUPS, TPOB, Pizzanos. Save your money. You lost a loyal customer. And I always tip the drivers 20%

Did you know that it takes an hour and a half for a medium cheese pizza to be ready? Did you also know that when you inquire as to why the website says it's ready and ask why it's taking so long the guy folding pizza boxes will scream "we have 85 effing orders in front of you!!" Classy Taos.

This was supposed to be a feta mushroom pepperoni pizza... thin crust rust was definitely thin... and mostly burnt...some dry mushrooms and almost all of the feta was charcoal. The five cheese bread was good... but no way to complain about the pizza unless we drive there with it to show them which obviously defeats the concept of delivery.
