I would like to come with my family this coming Tuesday 03/12 God willing. We would like to reserve private soaking areas. I could not find anything on the website. Do people just show up? Is there an email I can send to the managers?

...Sounds like some people here haven’t researched, rather. There is only ONE area (fenced off like the rest, silly...) out of about a dozen that requires nudity, 100% safe for children.

That is the worst thing in the world. In Europe, children find out at an early age it is ok to have a body.

They lost their reservation archives in a fire a few months ago... they're not taking any new reservations until next season....after summer...they are doing the best they can until then.....with walk ins and waiting for people whom had existing reservations..... Best time to walk in is during the week between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm

There is a phone number on the web site, definitely call several days before to reserve one of the private areas, ask for Matt, great guy
