Can Pronghorn be seen within 3 walking blocks from trailhead beginning at Granville Santa Fe loop sidewalk? While I understand they roam, is it likely to see them at the lower levels at the beginning of the trail?

They come and go. Pronghorn are very moble.

I've seen both deer and Pronghorn in the area often. The new construction is pushing them away but they can still be seen. Just not as often or as easily.

I would say yes you can see them within 3 blocks of the trailhead. I have hiked the trail 3 times and one of those times I saw a small group of about 8 pronghorn walk right across the lower trail (between the bridge and the water tank).
