After all the turnover that's occurred in the past year, the shop has maintained a super friendly staff in a relaxed environment. GM Leon is busy but cares about the customer. SM Abby is friendly and super helpful. I know multiple mechanics personally and they take pride in doing a better than average job on anything they work on. Continues to be my go-to shop for going on 20 years now!

Well, I have no idea how they stay in business. I was completely ignored. No greeting when I came in. No one asked if I needed help. No one offered to help me find something. Nothing. I guess their business must be so good that they don't need customers. I was prepared to buy. Pay cash even. They could have had several thousand of my dollars in their till before 10:30.... Oh well....

Leon and Shawn as well as the rest of the Prescott team were phenomenal and extremely patient. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that machine was perfect the first time. With their vast knowledge in the industry, they made my choices easy.

This place shouldn't even get a star. Let's just say this company seems to be ran by a bunch of amateurs! From the beginning to the end I felt like I was just being led along, the young kid sounded like he just blurted things out when he spoke and so on. Long story short, I felt that this company has a long way to go and they really need to find salesman that actually know what there, doing and talking about my 15 year old knew more about the unit than the sales guy. Incredibly sad. I opted out of this place. They could handle numbers and price is ridiculous! IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE MANUFACTURER WEBSITE the price of freight and I'm sure it doesn't take 8 hours to build one of these. Guess what GO AZ your inventory issue is not the consumers problem! I took my money elsewhere and ordered w/ a company that was willing to present real and honest numbers. They didn't play games, they treated me correctly and I felt like the store and I got a good deal. The previous owners knew how to take care of the community and the people. This company clearly has no idea about customer retention. they just want to get you in the door burn you as hard as they can and never have to deal with you again!
