I liked their easy scheduling, text message update, and their tech's polite attitude. But, I'd trade all that in for a better quality repair since that is the most important thing to a customer looking to repair their windshield. The tech only spent a little over 10 minutes and told me it was done. His "repair" left a very noticeable cloudy spot where a rock chip was. I could have repaired it better with DIY repair kit and spending more time to carefully fix it. Based on what I read about parts they use and services they provide, my impression of them is that they try to maximize their profit by cutting corners both on services and parts they sell. To be fair, I feel like that's how most businesses have become in this day and age. I miss good ole' businesses that took pride in quality.

We had a blown out hatch window and needed a quick replacement to leave on another trip on Wednesday. I called them Monday and they got us in Tuesday. Thanks goodness because there was heavy rain starting Wednesday. They worked nicely with State Farm and were quick and friendly. The downtown location was convenient for us. They also replaced the windshield (had a three foot crack) at the same time in under three hours.
