They have been incredible, especially Robert. I really appreciate everything they've done. Typically when you hear OSHA or any government agency name we cringe and think that it's going to be miserable. But honestly everyone there wants your company to be successful and safe. They are more then willing to help you achieve your goals in a cost effective way. Just be smart and reach out to them first.

OSHA isn't the department to answer that question. You need to contact the "wage" department at the Labor Commission.

Is the shelving in a ware house to be strapped or secure with product on the shelfs being over 10feet tall also When chemicals are being used at a location shouldn't there be msds sheets available do to accidental exposure.

Yes to both. 1910.176 is securement and 1910.1200(f) requires SDS available
