There are a few trails that meander below and would be okay with anyone who wants to simply enjoy the terrain. There are some unique petroglyphs scattered along the trails. The trails that lead to the top are a bit more strenuous and some boulder-climbing is unavoidable. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with health concerns or limited mobility. There are bathroom facilities and a shaded sitting area. Well worth the visit.
There are a couple of trails. This first one is pretty steep, with lots of stairs. The others would probably be fun, a few stairs, but more flat. The path isn't narrow, but you do get closer to the rocks. There aren't benches or testing points but the paths aren't longer than a 30 minute hike
The lower trails are interesting, some steps, but no steep or long climbs.
