Keep an eye out for coyotes. This place is gorgeous, but don’t be surprised if you encounter local wildlife. Trails are easily accessible from local streets or from the John B. Robert Dam.

We appreciate Micheal Emery Trailhead Parking Area. Many trails to choose from. Unfortunately, many OS users don't feel the need to wear masks around others.

This is a great place for a leisurely walk after work. Expect some mountain bike dodging but it's not bad as there are lots of paths. Unusually serene considering you're still in Albuquerque. Meadow lark, jackrabbit, cotton tails are among what you'll see here. It's been 20 years since I saw a jackrabbit. Super cool.

I absolutely love running through this open space. Enough varying terrain to keep it interesting, but not so crazy that the kids can't enjoy it. Not to mention the Bear sculpture on the Tramway side.
