After seeing this response from this company to one of the reviews "Sorry I ate all of your fruit snacks. But just because I haven’t called your Mom back doesn’t necessarily mean I’m non-responsive." I have concluded that this company not only lacks professionalism but it's owner or whoever is in charge seems to suffer from some sort of emotionally stunted/damaged state of being.

They "changed their policy". Its how they circumvent a real answer. Kept the same name though if that tells you anything.
