Service is horrible. I ordered a latte and it was given to me in a regular cup. It is served in a cup with a domed lid. When I asked where the whipped cream was I was told they were out but the order in front of us got drinks with whipped cream.

Definateley needs more visits from company inspection/ customers. This place is dirty, people always on their cell phones. They give there friends free food at the counter door....and no matter how short or long you wait.....food is ALWAYS COLD! Never going back!!!

Not fast food at all. Cold by the time you get to the window. Waited 20 minutes in a line of 8 cars. Kid in food window was on his phine when I finally made it that far. Sad but always seems to be bad service.
