We dined in today and there were tons of rude customers but the service was fast and so polite. Someone stole my order TWICE while I was waiting for them to bring it to my table and they were so apologetic. I hope someone's reading these reviews and give everyone that was working Jun 11th at 130pm a raise or something.

Though my order was wrong they went out of their way to make it right. Sometimes it's the pleasant experiences that make your day. Meanwhile .. the food was as to get expected OK by standards .. and I'm ok with it... Naw actually munchies resolved! 🤣🤣

Could barely hear the girl on the speaker taking my order. No thank you or nothing when she took my money. They messed up my order when I got the bag, and that girl looked at me stupid when I said I was missing something. It used to have decent nice workers and moved really fast. Not anymore.

I ordered a biscuit & Gravy with a large soda at 10:03Am . Everything was fine. People was coming in and leaving with food as my 5 year old And I was waiting. 7 min pass by and the cashier peeks his head around and says we are waiting on gravy. Another 10 min pass and I hear the manager asking about my order that still says processing. After waiting another 10 min I went to and asked for a refund. The cashier yells for the manager, and she immediately gets a attitude. I ordered 2 items at 11:03am and it’s how 11:27 am and I have to try explaining to my 5 year old why he isn’t getting food. On top of that the manager says she can’t refund my soda that I already had gotten. So I gave them their petty $1.07 in cash. I literally had to wait for 26 min with no apology and then to top it off, the manager gets a attitude because I’m done waiting and requested a refund.
