Does anyone know what the rate difference is between floors? I have been asking for months and no one seems to be able to tell me....???

The 4th floor (top floor) costs a bit more because the ceilings are higher.

I am unaware of a rate difference between floors. The diference in rate i feel is more balocny or no balcony and 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom
