worst customer service ever. I paid with a $50 and she tried to convince me I paid with a $20. She kept arguing saying “no you paid with a $20” without actually making sure. Then she finally opened the register and saw I paid with a $50 and said “I was just joking”.

They're very helpful and they allow dogs in the building or your animals in general I like how they help me figure out how to help my dog stay healthy. When I have health concerns or needs they also help me with that with their in-store vet

Each time I’ve gone in they’ve been helpful and attentive. I got two of my cat trees here and they helped me carry them to my car. I appreciate their customer service and their love of animals. They’re always helpful and their love of pets is clear.
