Does this community have mice or rats?

To answer your question, I've never seen a mouse in my apartment but I've seen one once in three hallway.

I have not seen or heard of any rodent issues at The Flats at Wheaton Station. I live on the street level. I have seen mice at the metro station across the street though.

Definitely not somewhere you want to live. The construction of the building is horrible and unsafe. Depending on what apt your in it's like living in a motel soon as you open your apt door your outside in the elements so if it snows or rains you track it in your place. If you don't mind these things then it's a cool spot lol

VERY dirty outside. Pictures are misleading. People get evicted. Trash gets left for days. They removed their trash cans on back side. Also firefighters said it was a nightmare to find their way around! Homeless folks hang at north back side of building. Garage and garbage bin areas are dirty. Their shrubs never get replaced. Landscaping horrible! Dead bushes and trees! Rats enter from Metro stop!
