Worst experience EVER! Before sending this, I thought I’d contact their website to see if the owner or franchise is aware of employees work ethic representing their business. I was taken back to see Artswell Rep/technician TAKING HER BRAID EXTENSIONS out her hair. When I went in to question if she was license she gave me the vendors license. She DID NOT have one for herself (license to conduct body piercing). As these two reasons were reasons enough not to get a industrial piercing or naval piercing. I was appalled how she did not STOP unraveling her braids as I asked my questions! I even took evidence of the trash pile up of hair and her in act of unraveling her braids! She was rude. She was cocky. She showed no customer care at all. She was eager to give me a price. As to say ‘You want it or not’. Terrible. I’m 51 and I never seen such a terrible display of bad customer service.
