I have mixed feelings. I’ve been going to this Hot Topic for over 6 years. Over the past couple of months, the employees have been the worst I’ve ever seen. All of my friends have noticed as well, and we’ve been going a lot less bc of it. HOWEVER, I went back very recently and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see some newer, nice employees😭The couple I’ve been seeing previous just stood there behind the counter doing nothing, and then when I went to check out, they didn’t say anything except what was absolutely necessary, and it was in the rudest way possible. Now that I think about it, it might’ve just been 1 person, but I forgot what she looked like as timed passed. Onto the selection. There’s more anime stuff which I like. However, the kpop merch is severely lacking (ofc it’s only bts and bp -_-). There’s a lot more unique lil things now, which I like as well. Definitely will be going back soon :)

It was a great place to look for a different type of clothes. Truly astonishing. The staff is very friendly to the customers.

Nico was so, so helpful! There was some trouble with the gift card I was using and they were friendly and helpful. We had good conversation and I was able to take advantage of great deals and save money. Will only be coming to this one from now on, even though it's 30 minutes away :)
