We use a home visit vet because of another dog's behavior issues, but we've visited Kindness several times with our other two dogs. They have always fit us in when we've needed a service that our home vet can't provide - X-rays, dental surgery. The doctors are thorough and carefully explain all the options and answer all questions with a phone call. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would never hesitate to use Kindness for routine and non routine care.

This vet has let me down time and time again. Last year my mom brought our cat Minnie to the vet various times to treat a bloody wound on her foot that was determined to be a "hot spot". No treatment was offered other than an E collar. 6 months later she died from an aggressive form of cancer AFTER us demanding a higher level of care. The appropriate preventive measures were not taken and the hot spot developed into a cancer because of their lack of interest in our cat's health. This week, our 17 year old cat has a badly infected eye. Not something I would stress about except the eyes TEND TO BE AN ESSENTIAL ORGAN and he's a senior cat. After three attempts to get an appointment, no advances have been made and my cat's eye is getting worse. That's so kind of them. They displayed a lot of kindness when they didn't even call back yesterday. "kindness" animal hospital. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING
