One of the worst agencies in Champaign. I suggest you rather go for smile or another agency as a student in urbana champaign. They don’t care about their residents, their apartments are very bad and they don’t even respond quickly to the numerous issues you have in your apartment. I repeat do not take this agency you can go for any other agency I personally have made a mistake taking this agency and it won’t happen again.

RUN AWAY! Avoid Green Street Realty at all costs! Other competitor realty companies are so much better and you will save yourself so much headache and heartache. Unfortunately I didn’t read any reviews before I signed the lease, GSR are a bunch of liars, greedy and unprofessional people. They just want to steal your money. I wonder how they choose such employees especially the property managers, who don’t have professional communication skills or ethics? Not only that they respond to the average time frame for answering queries is two weeks. They tell you to call the emergency number after hours but no one answers. I have dealt with other apartment complexes and such bad as GSR staff I never encountered. ## Update ## Still 1 star I moved in August and starting in October they started sending me showing notices to bring people see my apartment. They don’t care if it’s the beginning or end of your lease. Also in the lease contract it says that you can’t interfere with the showings. If you mind that then don’t lease with GSR. I previously rented with another company, NCP, and they never ever did the garbage green street realty did to me in two months.

I had a great experience with Green Street Realty! The leasing process was very smooth and the staff was very helpful. I lived at the Fields and it was the perfect, quiet, place to live. The property manager, Amy, was fantastic in helping me out in every way! Definitely recommend!!

Super quick correspondence, very understanding when it comes to pets, and quite quick with maintenance requests. Everything is also up front. No hidden charges or shady business practices. No problems so far and we plan to re-lease with them!
