Terrible customer service. Have had a sliding door issue since purchasing van new in 2018. Service department was never able to find a problem and did not keep accurate records of complaints. Magically it nice the van was out of warranty they found an 1100$ problem and since there is no record of past complaints they refuse to offer any assistance. We have had nothing but issues with the service department, terrible customer service. We will travel out of the county just to go to a different service department.

Yes they have walk in oil changes but they average between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do it.
You can call and ask. If you have a warranty that covers it. Call they try and please their customers.
